By ordering lessons from Tom Stedman Guitar Tuition (www.tomstedman.com) you agree that after the booking is complete, the time and date of the lessons are confirmed and that the student (over the age of 18 years) or adult in charge of booking the lessons (here by known as the customer) are responsible for the student to attend the confirmed lessons.

Cancellations

In the event that the student can not attend a lesson, a period of no less than 24 hours notice is required via an email to tomstedmanbooking@gmail.com or by completing the cancellation process via the website.
When cancelling a lesson, Tom Stedman Guitar Tuition will try and reschedule an alternative lesson for the same week, providing that it can be mutually convenient for both student and teacher. If an alternative lesson can not be arranged, then the customer will be in credit for 1 lesson.

In the event of a student not attending a lesson, or giving less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, then no refund or alternative lesson can be offered.

In the unlikely event that Tom is unable to attend your lesson, you will have the option to reschedule for the same week. If an alternative lesson can not be arranged, then the customer will have the option of either 1 lesson credit or a full refund for the cancelled lesson.

For online lessons

In the event of serious technical problems that prevent the lesson from taking place, the customer will have the option to reschedule for the same week or have 1 lesson credit.  Alternatively, a personalized video lesson can be sent instead.

Recording lessons.

Tom Stedman Guitar Tuition gives the right for students to record the lessons for personal use.
Any distribution of recorded content in the form of live lessons or personalized video lessons is prohibited.

Tom Stedman Guitar Tuition reserves the right to refuse any order placed through the Tom Stedman Guitar tuition site.
